Withdraw a VPS cancellation before server deletion, up to six days after termination. Use the EDIS Global portal and check re-issued renewal invoices.
Changed your mind and want to keep your VPS? You can withdraw a cancellation request as long as the server has not been deleted. This includes the period after termination, for up to six days after the termination date. This applies to both immediate and end-of-term cancellations. Open Manage Cancellations in the VPS Management Portal to revoke the request or restore the VPS.
Deletion is the cutoff, not termination. You can withdraw the request before the VPS is permanently deleted. The retention window lasts up to six days after the actual termination date, not six days after you submitted the cancellation request.
End-of-term cancellation: The VPS terminates on its due date. The six-day window starts on that termination date.
Immediate cancellation: The VPS terminates immediately. The six-day window starts then.
Act before deletion: once the server has been permanently deleted, withdrawal and data recovery are no longer possible.
The billing workflow highlights the six days between termination and deletion. This non-payment example counts days from the renewal due date; customer-requested cancellations use their actual termination date.
On the main dashboard, find VPS Cancellation Requests and click Manage Cancellations. The banner shows how many VPS cancellations can still be revoked or recovered.

Check the Service, IP / Hostname, Cancellation, Current Status and Deadline / Due Date columns to make sure you have found the correct VPS. The Cancellation column shows a scheduled end-of-term request as End of Billing Period.
Click the green Revoke Cancellation button in that VPS’s row.
Confirm the prompt: “Keep this VPS and revoke its end-of-period cancellation request?” Only confirm if you want to keep the VPS.
Click Revoke Cancellation for the correct VPS. The service ID and IP address shown here are fictional; dates are hidden.
Revoking withdraws the scheduled cancellation request so the VPS is no longer scheduled to terminate because of that request. Review the result in the portal, then reopen the VPS’s Manage Product page to check that the outstanding-cancellation warning has cleared.
Revoking a cancellation does not reactivate a suspended VPS. If the service is suspended for non-payment, pay its outstanding renewal invoice to restore service.
