Where can you find your Support PIN?
Your Support PIN is included in the VPS credentials email sent immediately after your order was placed. Look for an email with one of the following subjects:- EDIS Global: Your Linux VPS Credentials
- EDIS Global: Your Windows VPS Credentials

Support PIN in the control panel
You can also find your Support PIN directly in the VPS control panel.Steps
- Log in to the VPS Control Panel.
- Open the Services section.
- Select your VPS instance.
- Locate the Information panel.

When do you need the Support PIN?
You may be asked to provide your Support PIN when:- Contacting support regarding your VPS
- Requesting sensitive changes
- Authorizing reinstalls or IP changes
- Verifying account ownership
Security recommendations
- Keep your Support PIN confidential
- Do not share it publicly or with unauthorized users
- Only provide it directly to EDIS Global support staff when requested
