Does EDIS Global offer free VPS trials?
No. EDIS Global does not offer free VPS hosting trials. If you want to evaluate our service, you can purchase a regular VPS plan and test it during the first 24 hours. An eligible order may qualify for a refund if you cancel the VPS with immediate effect and submit a complete refund request within 24 hours of purchase.The 24-hour refund policy is not an unconditional free trial. Eligibility restrictions apply, and only one refund is available per customer within any 12-month period.
Options during the first 24 hours
Change your primary IPv4 address
You can change your VPS’s primary IPv4 address once free of charge during the first 24 hours. An IP change does not remove your refund eligibility, provided you remain within the original 24-hour refund window and meet all other conditions. After the IP changes, the old address stops working immediately. You must reinstall the VPS or configure the new address manually through VNC.Change the server location
You may instead request one free location change during the first 24 hours. EDIS Global provisions a direct replacement VPS in another available location of your choice. You receive a new VPS service, new login details, and a new IP address. The replacement keeps the same plan and billing cycle. If required, you may also request one additional free change of the replacement VPS’s primary IPv4 address.How to test before buying
