EDGBL Ltd., trading as EDIS Global, accepts payments to purchase and renew hosting services. This policy applies to account top-ups, incoming payments and outgoing refunds, including cryptocurrency.
EDIS Global is not a cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, money-transfer service, or deposit-and-withdrawal facility. Account credit is a prepaid EUR balance for EDIS Global services. It is not a customer-controlled cryptocurrency balance and cannot be withdrawn on demand.
Permitted use of payments and account credit
You may pay service invoices or add credit for genuine future purchases and renewals. You do not need to top up your account before ordering; you can pay directly at checkout.
Only add funds that you intend to spend on EDIS Global services. An unused balance does not, by itself, create a right to a discretionary payout. Refunds remain subject to the applicable refund policy and legal rights described below.
Use only the payment instructions issued for the relevant invoice. Cryptocurrency checkout addresses are not permanent deposit addresses or personal wallets.
Prohibited deposits and onward transfers
You must not use EDIS Global solely or primarily to receive money or cryptocurrency and subsequently transfer it out again, without a genuine intention to purchase hosting services. This includes:
- Topping up account credit with the intention of immediately requesting a refund or withdrawal.
- Repeatedly depositing and requesting payouts, including through multiple accounts.
- Using payments and refunds to transfer value between people, wallets, exchanges, payment methods, currencies or blockchains.
- Using our infrastructure to obscure the source, ownership or destination of funds, including mixing, layering or attempts to evade lawful controls.
Purchasing a nominal service does not make an otherwise prohibited transfer arrangement acceptable.
We do not provide a cash-out service and may refuse discretionary payout requests connected with prohibited use. A prompt refund request may trigger verification, but timing alone does not establish money laundering or misuse. Genuine refunds, payment mistakes and service problems are considered on their own facts.
Transaction screening and AML review
We reserve the right, where lawful and proportionate, to flag payments, accounts and refund requests for fraud, sanctions and anti-money-laundering (AML) risk review. For cryptocurrency, this may include blockchain analysis and Know Your Transaction (KYT) checks of relevant addresses, transaction history, counterparties and risk indicators.
A screening flag is a reason to assess a transaction, not a finding that a customer has committed an offence. We consider relevant explanations and evidence before making a decision.
Identity and source of funds verification
Where reasonably necessary to resolve an identified risk, we may require Know Your Customer (KYC) and source-of-funds verification before accepting further payments or approving a discretionary payout. Depending on the circumstances, we may request:
- Proof of identity and confirmation of customer or business details.
- Evidence that you control, or are authorised to use, the originating payment account or wallet and the proposed refund destination.
- An explanation of the payment’s purpose and your intended use of EDIS Global services.
- Evidence showing how the funds were obtained, such as relevant exchange purchase or withdrawal records, bank payment records, or records of income or a sale.
- Relevant transaction IDs and supporting records connecting the stated source of funds to the payment received.
- For business payments, evidence of authority to act and ownership information where relevant and necessary.
We request information proportionate to the issue being checked. Identity documents and source-of-funds evidence are not routine requirements for every purchase or eligible refund.
We will identify the information needed and provide submission instructions. Do not send identity documents unsolicited. We will never request wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, recovery codes or an additional payment to unlock a refund.
Review outcomes and restrictions
Where lawful and necessary, we may pause the affected transaction or discretionary refund, restrict further top-ups, or decline new orders while checks are completed. We will explain what is needed and provide updates unless disclosure is legally restricted.
If necessary information is not provided, or concerns remain unresolved, we may refuse further business or a discretionary payout and take account action under our Terms of Service. We may share relevant information with payment providers or competent authorities where lawfully permitted or required.
A review is not an automatic forfeiture of funds. We will not retain money indefinitely merely because a transaction was flagged or verification was declined. Any amount that must be returned will be handled through a lawful return process, subject to applicable restrictions or authority directions. Reviews must respect applicable refund deadlines unless a lawful restriction prevents payment.
Approved refunds and outgoing payments
Eligible refunds remain available under our cancellation and refund policy and applicable law. The 24-hour VPS refund programme applies to eligible VPS purchases; it is not a general account-credit withdrawal facility.
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method and verified payer. We do not redirect refunds to unrelated third parties or provide currency or blockchain conversion through a refund.
For cryptocurrency, the refund uses the same cryptocurrency and blockchain as the original payment. The receiving destination must be verified and belong to the customer or their account at a wallet or exchange provider. The original sending address may belong to an exchange and may not be suitable for receiving refunds. Follow the cryptocurrency refund instructions; do not assume the sending address is safe to reuse.
Amounts and any outgoing network fees follow the applicable refund policy and law. Fees are disclosed before payout.
Genuine payment problems and legal rights
Duplicate payments, accidental transfers, billing errors and an inability to order or use a service are assessed under the relevant facts, contract and law. Reporting a genuine problem or exercising a lawful refund right is not prohibited use.
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights, lawful withdrawal or refund rights, or remedies for services not supplied as agreed. This policy does not override an eligible refund or allow EDIS Global to keep funds merely by labelling a request suspicious. It does not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier payments.
Verification is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. At collection, we provide the purpose and legal basis, relevant recipients, retention information and secure submission instructions. We collect only information necessary for the checks, restrict access and keep it only for as long as justified by that purpose or required by law.
For a payment or refund question, contact EDIS Global Support with the invoice number and payment reference. For cryptocurrency, include the currency, blockchain and transaction ID. Do not send additional funds while an unresolved payment is being checked unless support has confirmed that they are needed. Last modified on October 22, 2026
