Country Changes in Client Accounts
For accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance reasons, we generally do not allow changes to the country associated with a client account. The country assigned to an account determines:- Applicable VAT rules

When Can a Country Change Be Considered?
A country change may only be reviewed if both of the following conditions are met:- The current country is outside the European Union
- The new country is also outside the European Union
Country updates may only be considered for non-EU → non-EU changes.
When Country Changes Are Not Allowed
Country changes are not permitted if any EU country is involved, including:- Moving from a non-EU country to an EU country
- Moving from an EU country to a non-EU country
- Moving between two EU countries
If Your Legal Country Has Changed
If your legal residence or company registration has changed to a country that involves the European Union, a new client account must be created under the correct country.Services cannot be transferred between client accounts.
Updating Other Account Details
You can update other account details at any time in your client area, including:- Company Name
