Check your refund eligibility

You may request a refund for an eligible VPS order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are subject to the conditions below and are not automatic.
Only one refund is available per customer within any 12-month period.

Alternatives during the first 24 hours

Free primary IPv4 change

If the assigned primary IPv4 address does not meet your needs, you may change it once free of charge during the first 24 hours. An IPv4 change does not remove your refund eligibility. You may still request a refund within the original 24-hour window if every other eligibility condition is met. After the address changes, the old IP stops working immediately. You must reinstall the VPS or configure the new IP manually through VNC.

Free location change

If you selected the wrong location, experience unsuitable latency, or need a different geographic presence, you may request a one-time free location change within 24 hours instead of cancelling. EDIS Global provisions a direct replacement VPS in another available location of your choice. You receive a new VPS service, new login details, and a new IP address. The plan and billing cycle remain unchanged. If required, you may also request one additional free change of the replacement VPS’s primary IPv4 address.
A completed location change replaces the refund option. After EDIS Global provisions the replacement VPS, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility checklist

Your request must satisfy all of these conditions:
  • You purchased the VPS less than 24 hours ago.
  • You have not already used your refund allowance within the past 12 months.
  • You purchased the VPS without a special offer, discounted deal, or coupon code.
  • You have not completed a free location change for the VPS.
  • You have not revoked a cancellation request for the VPS.
  • You have not added Pool Traffic to the VPS.
  • You have not ordered a plan or resource upgrade for the VPS.
  • EDIS Global has not closed the service for violating our terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
A free change of the VPS’s primary IPv4 address does not affect refund eligibility. A completed server location change does.

What to do next

If every condition above applies, cancel the VPS with immediate effect and submit the required IP address and Support PIN to our support team within the 24-hour window. Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies.
Cancelling at the end of the billing period does not satisfy the refund procedure. You must select immediate cancellation.
