How to request cancellation for your EDIS VPS

You can cancel a VPS in the VPS Management Portal at any time.

Log in to your

VPS Management Portal

Locate your VPS in the Services tab

and click "Request Cancellation"

Cancel with immediate effect or by the end of the billing period.
Cancelling a service removes its line items from outstanding pro-forma invoices. If an invoice covers only this VPS, it is cancelled. If it covers multiple services, only this VPS’s line items are removed; charges for the other services remain. This billing adjustment does not delete the VPS data.

Our services are based on MONTHLY subscriptions rather than daily. We
understand that sometimes you may need to discontinue a service prior to the
completion of the subscription period. Unfortunately, in those cases, we
cannot provide a refund for any portion of the subscription that has already
been paid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

⏳ VPS expiration workflow

Used when you request cancellation at the end of the billing cycle (on expiry). For end-of-term cancellation, the six-day retention period starts when the service terminates on its due date, not when you submit the cancellation request.

⚡ Immediate termination workflow

Used when you request cancellation right away.
Cancelled with immediate effect? Recovery is still possible before deletion.Immediate termination stops your VPS, but its data remains stored for another six days. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to recover the data or reactivate the service.The six-day period starts when the VPS is terminated, not when an invoice is cancelled. After permanent deletion, the data cannot be recovered.

Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and takes place six days after service termination.
  • Please back up your data before requesting cancellation.
  • Recovery or reactivation: Contact support promptly, before permanent deletion. This also applies after immediate termination.
