πŸ”’ Prohibited applications and activities

Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains the terms of using our services. You must comply with these policies and engage only in legal activities. Violations may result in service restrictions, suspension, account termination, or legal action, depending on their nature and severity.

🚫 Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Hosting or distributing CSAM will lead to immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

πŸ“© Unsolicited emails (SPAM)

We have zero tolerance for unsolicited email (SPAM). If a credible complaint or other evidence indicates that unsolicited email was sent from any IP address assigned to a VPS, we may immediately block outbound TCP Port 25 for the entire VPS. The block applies to every IPv4 and IPv6 address assigned to that VPS, even if the complaint concerns only one IP address. A single substantiated complaint may be sufficient. You must promptly stop the activity, investigate its cause, secure any compromised systems or accounts, and respond with the remediation taken. The outbound Port 25 block may remain in place indefinitely if the incident is not resolved satisfactorily. Repeated complaints, deliberate unsolicited mailing, or failure to cooperate may result in additional restrictions, service suspension, or permanent account termination without refund. See our Port 25 SMTP policy and rate limits.

🌐 Network infrastructure interference

  • Any interference with our network infrastructure will result in immediate account termination.

πŸ› Malware or phishing websites

  • Hosting malicious software or phishing sites will result in account suspension.

πŸ’₯ DDoS or network attacks

We have zero tolerance for DDoS attacks or other harmful network activities, including port scans.

πŸ•ΈοΈ TOR usage

  • TOR Entry Nodes: Allowed
  • TOR Middle Nodes and Bridges: Allowed
  • TOR Exit Nodes and I2P Outproxies: Prohibited

πŸ’» Malicious software

  • Hosting Trojan Horses, Botnet Executables, Dropzones, or Botnet C2 Servers will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

⛏️ Cryptocurrency mining

  • All cryptocurrency mining activities are prohibited (and no longer profitable anyway).

🏷️ Counterfeit websites

  • Hosting websites selling counterfeit products (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Moncler) leads to account suspension.

βš–οΈ Illegal content

Hosting any illegal content will result in account suspension.

πŸ”’ IPv6 address usage

Each VPS may have a maximum of 20 IPv6 addresses configured simultaneously. Use only addresses from the /64-equivalent allocation assigned to that VPS. IPv6 proxy services that rotate addresses, automatically generate random IPv6 addresses, or otherwise cycle through large numbers of addresses are prohibited. The following activities will result in service suspension:
  • Configuring more than 20 IPv6 addresses simultaneously on one VPS
  • Using IPv6 addresses outside the allocation assigned to the VPS
  • Operating a rotating or random-address IPv6 proxy
  • Generating excessive IPv6 Neighbor Discovery activity
Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund. See IPv6 Setup for the correct allocation and prefix-length configuration.

πŸ’¬ IRC services

IRC services are susceptible to denial of service attacks. Review our advisory for clients at high risk of DDoS attacks before proceeding.

πŸ”’ Prohibited content and conduct

You must respect the dignity, rights, and safety of others. The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:

πŸ“œ Intellectual property violations

  • Distributing, hosting, or endorsing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

πŸ—¨οΈ Defamatory content

  • Publishing or sharing false information that damages the reputation of individuals or organizations.

πŸ”’ Privacy violations

  • Unauthorized sharing of private information, images, videos, or other content that violates personal privacy.

❀️ Self-harm content

  • Hosting or promoting content that encourages, guides, or supports self-harm or suicide.

⚠️ Extremist content

  • Distributing or endorsing materials that promote radical ideologies, hate speech, or discrimination.
You must act responsibly and ensure all activities comply with these guidelines to maintain service access.
