Which payment methods are supported?
Credit cards
EDIS Global supports one-off and recurring payments through the world’s leading credit cards: American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, VISA. Credit card transactions are processed via Stripe. Cards issued by Russian banks are not supported due to international sanctions and payment network restrictions. China UnionPay cards work normally.PayPal
You can pay with PayPal checkout (one-off payments) or create PayPal subscriptions for automated, recurring payments.Cryptocurrencies
EDIS Global accepts payments in various cryptocurrencies like ApeCoin, Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), BNB, DAI, DASH, Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Ethereum (ETH), Komodo (KMD), Litecoin (LTC), SHIBA INU (SHIB), Monero (XMR), Tether (USDT), MATIC, USD Coin (USDC), Polygon USDC, Polygon Wrapped Ether (WETH), Solana (SOL), Verge (XVG). Bitcoin is accepted via the regular Bitcoin blockchain (Base) and through the L2 Lightning Network (if the sender’s wallet supports Lightning). Monero (XMR) is a privacy-centric cryptocurrency that offers untraceable and anonymous transactions. Unlike Bitcoin, it does not record transaction details on a public ledger. Payments are processed through Cryptomus.Digital wallet and mobile payment services
EDIS Global accepts payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.SEPA and ACH Direct Debit
SEPA Direct Debit and ACH Direct Debit are supported by invitation only. These payment methods are not automatically available to every account. Contact EDIS Global Support to discuss eligibility and mandate setup. Once a mandate has been approved and activated, EDIS Global can initiate collections automatically. Direct Debit payments are not instant and may take several business days to settle. New services are provisioned only after payment confirmation.Bank transfers
A customer-initiated SEPA Credit Transfer or SWIFT transfer is not the same as Direct Debit. Incoming bank transfers are not connected to the EDIS Global billing platform in real time. Our accounting team must receive, identify and manually assign each payment. Bank transfers are accepted for:- Account credit top-ups of at least EUR 250 This is the recommended use. Fund your account in advance and let available account credit pay newly generated renewal invoices automatically.
- Emergency invoice payments Direct payment of an invoice by bank transfer requires prior agreement from our support team and is intended only for situations in which no automated payment method is available.
