Which payment methods are supported?

Credit cards

EDIS Global supports one-off and recurring payments through the world’s leading credit cards: American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, VISA. Credit card transactions are processed via Stripe. Cards issued by Russian banks are not supported due to international sanctions and payment network restrictions. China UnionPay cards work normally.

PayPal

You can pay with PayPal checkout (one-off payments) or create PayPal subscriptions for automated, recurring payments.

Cryptocurrencies

EDIS Global accepts payments in various cryptocurrencies like ApeCoin, Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), BNB, DAI, DASH, Dogecoin (DOGE), Ether Classic (ETC), Ethereum (ETH), Komodo (KMD), Litecoin (LTC), SHIBA INU (SHIB), Monero (XMR), Tether (USDT), MATIC, USD Coin (USDC), Polygon USDC, Polygon Wrapped Ether (WETH), Solana (SOL), Verge (XVG). Bitcoin is accepted via the regular Bitcoin blockchain (Base) and through the L2 Lightning Network (if the sender’s wallet supports Lightning). Monero (XMR) is a privacy-centric cryptocurrency that offers untraceable and anonymous transactions. Unlike Bitcoin, it does not record transaction details on a public ledger. Payments are processed through Cryptomus.

Digital wallet and mobile payment services

EDIS Global accepts payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.

Bank payment policies

Bank transfers: The EDIS Global VPS platform is fully automated and does not currently process inbound bank transfer payments automatically. However, you can pay by bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) under specific circumstances:
  1. Account credit top-ups Starting from a minimum of EUR 250.
  2. Annual invoice settlements Available by bank transfer with prior agreement from our support team.
  3. Emergency payments When alternative payment methods are temporarily unavailable.
For detailed guidance and to coordinate a bank transfer, contact our support team.

SEPA/ACH direct debits

EDIS Global does not support SEPA and ACH direct debit transactions due to uncertain processing times, elevated transaction costs, and increased risk of misuse.
