No email received?
If you haven’t received the email with your VPS credentials, there’s no need to worry. Install it with fresh password and the OS of your choice. Instructions for installing Linux/Windows are provided.
We can not resend emails!
If you did not receive our email with VPS credentials:
We can’t resend passwords! We are unable to resend emails which contain credentials or passwords. For security reasons, we don’t store your passwords. Don’t worry, you can easily set up your service with a new password.

Locate your VPS in the Services tab

Reinstall your VPS with a fresh OS and your own password
Keep in mind, no email will be sent when you reinstall!
