The email with credentials has been sent to you right after we received your payment. In case you did not receive our email (did you use another email account to sign-up?) you don't have to worry. Follow the steps below to gain access to your VPS:

Log in to your KVM Management Portal

Locate your VPS in the Services tab

Install your VPS with a fresh OS and password
We're unable to resend the email containing credentials as we don't store passwords for security reasons. Instead, you can set up the service using your own password by following the steps provided above.
