# Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

> Find the EDIS Global DPA, download the English agreement and submit your signed copy for countersignature.

EDIS Global's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out the contractual data protection provisions for unmanaged VPS hosting provided by EDGBL Ltd. It covers the processing of personal data on your behalf, security measures, data locations, retention and deletion, and the responsibilities of each party.

## Download the agreement

Visit our [Data Processing Agreement (DPA) page](https://www.edisglobal.com/dpa) for the current English PDF and answers to common questions. Explanations are available in all website languages.

The English PDF is the contractual document. This guide and the website FAQs explain the process and do not amend the agreement.

## Complete and sign your DPA

1. Download the English PDF from the [DPA page](https://www.edisglobal.com/dpa).
2. Complete the customer details and sign the agreement.
3. Send the completed, signed PDF to [dpa@edisglobal.com](mailto:dpa@edisglobal.com).
4. EDGBL Ltd. will countersign the agreement and return a copy for your records.

Downloading the PDF alone does not conclude an agreement.

## Can the DPA be amended for my organisation?

Our DPA reflects the infrastructure, security measures and automated processes used to deliver our VPS services consistently to all customers. We therefore provide it on standard terms and do not negotiate or accept customer-specific amendments, alternative DPA templates or additional contractual commitments.

We do not implement individual workflows or changes to system behaviour for particular customers, including different retention periods or deletion procedures. Please review the agreement before signing to ensure that the service meets your organisation's requirements.

Thank you for understanding that this consistent approach allows us to keep our contractual commitments aligned with how our services operate.
